1. [BUG]: If a text layer was already selected and a new textbox was added to canvas, the layer properties disappeared
2. [BUG]: On fabric.js textboxes, line height had an adjustment factor of 1.13... We had not taken this into account earlier resulting in a weird handling of text wrap
3. Fonts took 200ms+ to load on the first load. Multiple performance improvements here to make the first load barely perceptible
4. Added a user-facing ability to modify line height
5. Removed an ability to scale a textbox from the corners... It resulted in a confusion around auto-adjusting font-size
