Launching the Wafrow documentation wiki

I write often and in significant volume. The trouble is, it's typically written for an audience of 1. Me.

That audience has a lot more context around what I really wanted to say or didn't say when I wrote. Not very conducive for a larger audience.

Releasing documentation on what Wafrow does to more people keeps me honest and grounded. I would still rate the simplicity of context here as 3/10. I could make it a lot better with working demos and easy to use toy examples for people with no technical expertise to run it. But it's a start and I won't flog myself too much about it.
