How the Wafrow + Zapier integration works

1. Choose your trigger

Select any Zapier trigger: a new row in Google Sheets, a form submission in Typeform, a new contact in HubSpot, a completed course in Teachable, or a new order in Shopify. When that event happens, the Zap starts.

2. Generate the image in Wafrow

Add a Wafrow action step. Select your template and map the trigger data to template variables (name → name layer, company → company layer, product image → image layer). Wafrow generates a unique image URL.

3. Use the image URL in your next step

Pass the generated Wafrow image URL to any downstream action: send it in an email, post it in Slack, save it to a Google Sheet, or trigger a CRM update. The image URL is a permanent link to the rendered image.
