Added lifetime plan for IndieHackers

In addition, fixed a few pesky bugs:

1. [critical] Canvas width / height change failing on mac chrome. Was fixed seconds after merging but cloudflare cache wasn't busted
2. [fixed] New image template creation failing in an edge case
3. [fixed] Canvas render for very large sizes
